6ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW: Please note that any proposed additions or revisions to your home need to be approved in advance of construction by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) of Windsor Farms. Per Covenant #2: "No dwelling house, building, or structure of any nature whatsoever, shall be erected on any lot except in accordance with plans and specifications of the exterior construction thereof approved in writing by Windsor Farms, Incorporated, and filed in its office." Please either bring plans to the office (4211 Dover Road) or email a .pdf to email@example.com. Please contact the office with any questions.
NOISE Violations: Please keep in mind that, not only is it common courtesy to avoid creating loud, sustained noises in the evening, it is a violation of Section 38-32 of the City noise ordinance: "It shall be unlawful to create or to assist in creating any
unreasonably loud and disturbing noise in the city. Noise of such character,
intensity and duration as to be detrimental to the life or health of any person
or to unreasonably disturb the quiet, comfort or repose of any person is hereby
SECURITY Information: If you observe any suspicious activity, please contact the Richmond Police Department at 646-5100 (non-emergency) or 9-1-1 (emergency). This should be done prior to (or in lieu of) contacting the Windsor Farms office.
